About the role
Edenred UAE, a fast‑growing payroll and fintech provider, is looking for a results‑driven Sales Executive to expand its client base across the UAE. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze market potential, territory and industry trends to identify target zones.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold‑calling and meetings.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts, deliver presentations and close deals.
- Update the CRM with accurate, timely data and achieve set KPIs and targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services or banking, with a proven record of over‑achieving targets.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multicultural team.
- Valid driving license.
Required skills
- Excellent sales, verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and fluency in English.
