Sales Executive – Long Stay (Reactive)

About the role

The Sales Executive – Long Stay (Reactive) is responsible for handling all inbound long‑stay enquiries for a hotel, guiding guests from the first contact through to post‑departure. The role ensures a seamless experience, accurate contract administration and strong relationships with both guests and corporate partners.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and acknowledge long‑stay enquiries from email, phone, walk‑ins, in‑house guests, corporate portals and referrals within 24 hours.
• Prepare customised proposals reflecting length of stay, apartment type, budget, family or company requirements and special requests.
• Maintain and update lead status in the tracking system, recording reasons for lost opportunities.
• Conduct timely follow‑up, arrange and lead site inspections, coordinate room blocking and ensure apartments meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Present facilities and services to prospects, answer queries and send revised proposals within 24 hours of inspections.
• Escalate high‑value or complex negotiations to the Senior Sales Manager.
• Prepare contracts and booking administration promptly after guest confirmation.
• Track payments, manage renewals and support guest retention throughout the stay.
