Sales Executive - Luxury Retail Showroom

About the role

The Sales Executive delivers a world-class luxury retail experience by providing personalised, high-touch customer service and driving showroom sales performance. The role covers understanding client needs, showcasing product expertise and building long-term client relationships, while supporting visual merchandising, store presentation and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets (daily, monthly, seasonal) with exceptional customer service.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximise sales and showroom profitability.
• Build strong rapport with high-value and repeat customers and improve conversion rates for walk-ins and appointments.
• Use consultative selling, understanding customers' lifestyle, preferences and purchase intent.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, storytelling skills and understanding of brand heritage.
• Follow up with customers by phone, WhatsApp or email for repeat business and after-sales support.
• Handle accurate POS transactions, billing and payments, and manage returns, exchanges and service requests.
• Share the stories behind craftsmanship, product design and brand heritage.
• Work with delivery, marketing and operations teams on customer engagements.
• Replenish shelves, coordinate with the stock room, perform stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Maintain visual standards, merchandising and pricing principles, and resolve customer concerns while protecting brand integrity.

Required profile

• 5-7 years of retail experience, preferably in furniture, luxury retail or premium fashion.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent English-speaking skills (mandatory).
• Presentation suitable for dealing with high-net-worth individuals.
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
• Ability to handle complex store operations.
