Sales Executive – Marine Engines

About the role

Al-Futtaim is seeking a driven, customer‑focused Sales Executive for its Marine division. You will be responsible for growing sales of marine engines, outboard motors, propulsion systems and related products across your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales and marketing targets for the territory.
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with annual growth objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals that meet customer requirements.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with boat builders, fleet operators and other key marine stakeholders.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational needs and uncover additional opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Share market intelligence and product expertise with the team.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, competitor activities and emerging marine technologies.

Required profile

• Strong marine technical background.
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer‑facing sales environment.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across the GCC region as needed.
