Sales Executive – Retail & Customer Relations (Dubai)

About the role

Join the e& NAFIS Programme as a Sales Executive in Dubai, where you will help develop UAE national talent and drive the company’s retail growth. You will work directly with customers, reviewing applications, building relationships and promoting e& products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review and process customer applications efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
• Develop strong customer relationships to generate demand, increase revenue and meet KPI targets.
• Identify up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities and provide premium care to critical customers.
• Manage escalations and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge of e& services and demonstrate them to achieve high Net Promoter Scores.
• Ensure compliance with all processes, guidelines and policies, and implement the Retail Customer Journey as directed.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales or related field preferred.
• UAE national with a valid Family Book.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of applications.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and a passion for sales.
