Sales Executive - Soft Play & Events

About the role

Abracadabra Kids Amusement Arcade, Dubai's newest and largest indoor soft play area for children in Al Quoz, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Executive. The role drives revenue and promotes the venue's services to nurseries, families and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers and present tailored packages to nurseries, families and corporate clients.
• Maintain relationships with nurseries and corporates, follow up on leads and update customer records in sales systems.
• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams so that events and promotions run smoothly.
• Support on-site activities such as tours, walk-in inquiries and upselling services.
• Meet sales targets, prepare basic reports and represent the brand professionally.

Required profile

• Experience developing partnerships with nurseries and corporate companies.
• Ability to generate leads and turn inquiries into group visits, trips, corporate events and venue bookings.
• Experience in business development, account management, hospitality, events, leisure or family entertainment is preferred.
• Good organisational and follow-up skills for managing proposals, bookings and client accounts.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
