Sales & Front Desk Agent

About the role

Join Spartan Martial Arts & Fitness as a Sales & Front Desk Agent in Sharjah. You will be the first point of contact for members and prospects, driving new memberships while delivering high‑quality customer service in an onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and convert leads, walk‑ins, and trial participants into paying members.
• Handle membership sales, payments, freezes and overall administration.
• Oversee member check‑ins and access control to ensure a smooth front‑desk experience.
• Schedule and coordinate class bookings and trial sessions for existing and prospective members.
• Provide courteous assistance to members, parents, children, visitors and prospects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead management within the sports, gym or fitness sector.
• Demonstrated success in membership sales and growing a member base.
• Solid background in front‑desk operations, including check‑ins and access control.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication abilities.
