Sales Intern

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales team in Ras Al‑Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. This internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to launch a career in sales within a fast‑paced, customer‑focused hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email and social media.
• Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals and sales materials for client meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Research market trends, competitors and potential business opportunities.
• Participate in sales calls and meetings to observe and learn effective techniques.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and gather feedback.
• Organise and manage sales‑related documentation and databases.
• Contribute ideas in team brainstorming sessions to improve sales processes.
• Assist in coordinating events, trade shows or promotional activities as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the sales department, including scheduling and data entry.
