Sales Manager - European Market

About the role

The Sales Manager – European Market will lead the development and management of business from key European territories for Park Hyatt Dubai. The role focuses on driving room nights, group business, revenue and market share while upholding the property’s luxury positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a structured sales plan for the European region in line with revenue targets.
• Achieve targets for room nights, revenue, new active accounts and group business.
• Identify, acquire and nurture high‑potential accounts through calls, meetings, market research and networking.
• Negotiate rates, contracts and packages based on market conditions and profitability.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows and industry events across Europe.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts, quotations, contracts and opportunities in the sales system.
• Monitor European travel trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and other departments to optimise pricing and inventory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of hospitality sales experience with exposure to European markets, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Established relationships with European tour operators and travel agencies.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to work autonomously.
