Sales Manager – GCC & MENA, Rixos & AIC

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead sales development and account management for the GCC and wider MENA source markets, driving profitable revenue growth across the Rixos Hotels & All‑Inclusive Collection portfolio in the GCC region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual sales plan with clear account priorities, revenue targets and measurable actions.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key travel trade, corporate, government, group and MICE accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with decision‑makers, travel buyers and strategic partners.
• Lead negotiations for account agreements, preferred partnerships and group opportunities within delegated authority.
• Coordinate with hotel Sales and Revenue Management teams to ensure proposals reflect demand, availability and commercial priorities.
• Maintain a reliable sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts, performance reports and market insights to regional leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Minimum five years of hotel sales experience covering GCC and wider MENA accounts.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of regional travel trade, corporate, government or MICE segments.
• Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel across assigned markets as required.
