Sales Manager – Industrial Piping and Fittings

About the role

ELMECH ENERGY is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the commercial performance of its industrial piping portfolio in the UAE. Based in Dubai Industrial City, you will manage a regional segment of carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel pipes, flanges, fittings and valves, working closely with EPC contractors, end‑users and project consultants across oil & gas, petrochemical, power and water sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the regional sales plan, meeting revenue, gross margin and order‑intake targets.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of strategic accounts with EPC contractors and end‑users.
• Lead the full tender and RFQ cycle – qualification, technical clarification, pricing strategy, commercial negotiation and contract closure.
• Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline, provide accurate forecasts and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, QA/QC and logistics to ensure technical compliance and on‑time delivery.
• Monitor regional project pipelines and advise on stocking, sourcing and inventory positioning.
• Mentor junior sales and inside‑sales staff as assigned.
• Represent ELMECH ENERGY at industry exhibitions, client events and project kick‑off meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience in industrial piping, flanges, fittings and valves within the GCC oil & gas, petrochemical or power sectors.
• Established commercial network with procurement, project management and engineering teams at operators and major EPC contractors.
• Proven track record of leading tender strategies and negotiating large‑value EPC contracts.
• Fluent business English; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence.
