Sales Manager – IT / ELV / Telecom

About the role

Hamdaztech Technology Services LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in the IT, ELV, and Telecom sectors across Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on building relationships, generating leads, and delivering solution‑based sales to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business targets.
• Identify new customers and nurture strong business relationships.
• Generate leads and manage the full sales cycle from quotation to closing.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver solution‑based sales.
• Target opportunities in Oil & Gas, Government, Education, and Enterprise segments.
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in the UAE market (5+ years).
• Strong network of customers and business contacts.
• Experience in IT, ELV, Telecom, Networking, or Security solutions is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target‑oriented with strong business development capabilities.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
