Sales Manager

About the role

UGC Ninja is seeking a full‑time Remote Sales Manager to drive new business and deepen existing client relationships. You will be the front‑line contact for prospects, guiding them through discovery, proposal, and contract stages while collaborating closely with our creative and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads across e‑commerce, app, game, and SaaS sectors.
• Conduct discovery calls, present tailored UGC advertising solutions, and close complex deals.
• Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM, track performance metrics, and deliver regular sales forecasts and reports.
• Partner with internal teams to accurately scope projects and ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Identify market opportunities, refine sales messaging, and contribute to global growth strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably quota‑carrying, within marketing services or digital creative production.
• Strong account management and consultative selling abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, UGC, and e‑commerce environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate across time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience preferred.
