About the role
As a Sales Manager you will lead the growth of our HVAC product portfolio, leveraging strategic expertise to strengthen existing relationships and develop new sales channels. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for driving revenue across chillers, air handling units (AHUs) and fan coil units (FCUs) while expanding our indirect channel network.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales and business growth for the HVAC product portfolio, focusing on chillers, AHUs and FCUs.
- Expand the sales network through indirect channels for applied HVAC products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing distributors and identify new channel partners.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure market‑aligned solutions.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC sales.
- Proven sales management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with DX, VRF, FAHU sales and HVAC project maintenance.
