Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects by developing effective sales strategies and nurturing client relationships. You will act as a key liaison between the market and the company, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement sales plans that meet or exceed targets.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and client preferences to adjust strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and stakeholders.
• Handle inquiries, negotiations and contract finalisation professionally.
• Maintain a robust CRM system to track activities and progress.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, exhibitions and networking events.
• Utilise digital marketing tools and social media to expand reach.
• Conduct market research and provide insights to management.
• Identify new market segments and growth opportunities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
• 2‑3 years of sales experience with real‑estate developers in the UAE.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Italian, French, Spanish, Turkish, Chinese, Portuguese, German) are a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, networking and autonomous working abilities.
