Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the growth of our inspection and technical services portfolio in the United Arab Emirates. The role combines market development, client relationship management and project delivery within the oil and gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for inspection services, analysing competition and adjusting tactics accordingly.
• Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, large enterprises and local partners to secure new business.
• Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, forecast revenue and monitor progress against goals.
• Lead bidding, pricing, negotiation and contract execution for inspection projects, ensuring smooth delivery and compliance with local regulations.
• Manage key accounts, resolve service delivery issues and handle contract variations and price adjustments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, NDT or related field; inspection certifications are a plus.
• Minimum three years of sales experience in oil‑gas inspection or technical services.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
