Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales function for ibis Styles Dubai Dragon Mart Hotel. The role focuses on driving corporate and MICE business, expanding market presence and achieving revenue targets across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with regional business goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends and adjust tactics.
• Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to secure corporate groups and MICE contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts, close high‑value deals and ensure client satisfaction.
• Explore new sales channels, partnerships and increase brand visibility.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports and present them to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and customer service to align initiatives.
• Manage the regional sales budget and ensure cost‑effective operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales management experience, preferably in hospitality or MICE.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and within a multicultural team.
• Willingness to travel frequently as required.
