Sales Manager – MICE

About the role

The Sales Manager – MICE will drive revenue growth for Anantara Abu Dhabi by targeting the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) segment. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Plan, you will promote the hotel brand, secure new contracts and maximise revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales activities aligned with the hotel’s MICE strategy.
• Promote the property and secure new business contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships across local, domestic and international markets.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Attend travel functions, sales roadshows and organise sales trips.
• Report directly to the Director of Sales & Business Development.

Required profile

• College Diploma or equivalent vocational training.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a 5‑star hotel environment.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a high‑pressure setting.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for leading teams.
