Sales Manager UAE Lead

About the role

Siemens Energy is seeking a Sales Manager UAE Lead to drive strategic sales growth across the UAE and satellite markets (Syria, Sudan, Libya). This permanent leadership position will align regional sales activities with Middle East business objectives and consolidate market share.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and achieve sales targets for service and product lines in the UAE and satellite countries.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales pipeline, ensuring alignment with Middle East strategies.
• Develop localized sales strategies to capture new market opportunities.
• Mentor and manage the regional sales force, setting performance goals and tracking KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Bid Manager to deliver high‑quality, compliant bids on schedule.
• Negotiate complex commercial contracts and maintain senior‑level customer relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or related technical field.
• 8‑10 years of sales and account management experience in energy, power generation or oil & gas services.
• 3‑5 years of sales leadership experience managing multi‑country territories in the Middle East.
• Proven track record in strategic sales planning, key account management and contract negotiation.
