Sales Operations Administrator

About the role

The Sales Operations Administrator supports the sales team throughout the sales cycle, ensuring smooth administration, accurate data handling and high‑quality customer service to drive revenue for Etihad.

Key responsibilities

• Act as second‑line escalation for account‑related inquiries, resolving issues and providing feedback.
• Stay updated on Etihad’s products, services and promotional offers to communicate accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong business relationships.
• Maintain effective working relationships across departments such as Revenue Management and Marketing.
• Process commercial gestures and waivers as required by the account management team.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce and share information with relevant teams.
• Organise educational workshops and support revenue‑generating activities like telesales campaigns and sales blitzes.
• Collaborate with local and global Account Managers to keep CRM data up‑to‑date.
• Liaise with trade partners to secure group business and communicate group policies.
• Conduct visits to group agents alongside Account Managers to strengthen relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum degree with at least 3 years of experience in sales support, analysis, ticketing or customer service.
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with data handling and reporting is preferred.
• Adequate knowledge of fares and ticketing.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
