Sales Outdoor - Tagalog Speaking Required

About the role

The Sales Outdoor role focuses on generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships through face‑to‑face interactions outside the office. Candidates must be fluent in Tagalog and comfortable travelling to meet prospects and customers in various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads by calling, networking and referrals, building a pipeline of potential clients.
• Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, providing excellent service and addressing concerns.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and report on performance metrics.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors and new opportunities.
• Negotiate terms, pricing and contracts, close deals and ensure successful implementation.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
• Continuously update product knowledge and stay current on developments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outdoor or field sales; industry‑specific experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Fluent in Tagalog with excellent interpersonal skills.
