Sales Promoter – Retail & In‑store Brand Ambassador

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Promoter to represent 3M products in UAE retail environments and promotional events. The role focuses on driving sales, engaging shoppers, and delivering a strong brand presence while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate and promote 3M products to customers in stores and events.
• Explain product features, benefits, and applications to shoppers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain product displays, shelves, and promotional materials according to standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Submit daily sales reports and market feedback.
• Ensure accurate pricing, placement, and merchandising compliance.
• Participate in roadshows, in‑store activations, and other promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales promoter, sales associate, or similar customer‑facing role.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Experience in retail, hypermarkets, FMCG, electronics, or consumer‑goods environments.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
