Sales Representative – Call Centre

About the role

Unique Connect Call Centre L.L.C is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representatives to join its growing team in Business Bay, Dubai. The position is full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday, and open to both experienced candidates and freshers.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers, introduce products and services, and generate leads.
• Convert prospects into sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with the team to meet overall company goals.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in English and optionally Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic.
• Confident, persuasive, target‑oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Basic computer knowledge; previous sales or call‑centre experience is a plus but not mandatory.
