Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑oriented Sales Representative to build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and promote our products and services. The role acts as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring a positive experience while contributing to growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through multiple sales channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Present products and services, highlighting features and business value.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documentation.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements in line with company policy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update activities in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Follow up after sales to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while upholding professional standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with high professionalism and integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
