Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused Sales Representative to support daily retail sales and store operations in Abu Dhabi. The role is full‑time, on‑site and requires a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and provide helpful product recommendations.
• Explain product features, prices, promotions and care instructions accurately.
• Work towards sales targets through attentive service and appropriate upselling and cross‑selling.
• Process sales and payments accurately using the point‑of‑sale system and follow cash‑handling procedures.
• Replenish stock, maintain attractive displays and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Assist with stock counts, check product availability and report discrepancies to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Currently located in the United Arab Emirates and available to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi.
• Previous retail sales or customer‑service experience preferred.
• Clear communication, active listening and a professional approach to customers.
• Willingness to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays as scheduled.

Required skills

• Basic numeracy and computer skills.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
