About the role
The Sales Specialist position is responsible for performing all sales activities in the assigned region through key accounts and supporting channel partners. The role involves directing and providing support to achieve maximum growth and profitability, aligned with the organization’s values, vision, and objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Execute sales activities across the assigned region, focusing on key accounts and channel partners.
- Provide direction and support to drive growth and profitability in line with company objectives.
Required profile
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.
- 4‑5 years of sales experience in the laboratory supplies industry, preferably covering chemicals, consumables, and smaller equipment.
- Experience in channel management.
Required skills
- Problem‑solving ability.
- Effective decision‑making under time constraints.
