Sales Specialist – Software Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Sales Specialist with deep experience in Digital Business Solutions to help our customers achieve digital transformation. You will partner closely with Account Managers and Pre‑Sales Consultants to build pipelines, qualify leads, present solutions and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business and expand existing accounts within the Digital Business Solutions unit.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Pre‑Sales teams to identify prospects, qualify leads and deliver solution presentations.
• Support customers in building business cases for digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure long‑term satisfaction.
• Lead proposal generation and coordinate with technical sales teams and partners.
• Keep customers informed about solution offerings and emerging market trends.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in software solutions, with at least 5 years in sales.
• Proven track record selling software to IT professionals and business decision‑makers.
• Deep understanding of digital transformation drivers and ability to build strong business cases.
• Existing GCC experience and relationships, especially in Abu Dhabi’s public sector (Arabic fluency a plus).
• Strong organizational, project‑management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
