Sales Support (Insurance Coordination)

About the role

The Sales Support professional will act as the main liaison between brokers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of insurance leads and policies. This role supports the sales cycle from quotation to policy issuance, helping to deliver VUMI®'s international health insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers and agencies on active leads, providing timely follow‑up and supporting Account Executives toward conversion.
• Prepare accurate quotations based on client and broker requirements and negotiate underwriting terms with the Underwriting department.
• Issue premium notices, certificates of insurance, and coordinate payment confirmations.
• Handle policy corrections, mid‑term adjustments, and amendments in a compliant manner.
• Respond to web inquiries and broker questions received via email, assisting with policy‑related queries after new business issuance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client‑relationship or administrative support role.
• Sales or sales‑coordination experience within the insurance industry is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with brokers, agencies, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Intermediate skills in Excel for data handling and reporting.
