SAP Automotive Aftersales (Service) Functional Consultant

About the role

techcarrot FZ LLC is looking for an SAP Automotive Aftersales (Service) Functional Consultant in Dubai. You will design, configure and optimise SAP IS-Auto / DBM and Proaxia VSS solutions for automotive dealerships, and support SAP S/4HANA transformation and Proaxia VSS implementations across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business process workshops, fit-gap analysis and solution blueprinting; analyse dealership processes and recommend improvements.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and prepare functional specifications, BRDs, FDDs, process diagrams, test scripts, training materials and knowledge articles.
• Support requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, development support, SIT/UAT testing, data migration, cutover planning, go-live and hypercare.
• Debug SAP programs, troubleshoot production issues and support integrations with OEM systems, CRM platforms, payment gateways, Azure services and middleware such as Boomi, CPI and PI/PO.
• Deliver end-user and super-user training, maintain SOPs and provide L2/L3 production support while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Lead enhancement initiatives and continuous improvement programmes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementations, roll-outs or upgrade projects.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps environments and strong knowledge of SAP Activate.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field; SAP certification preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of SAP Automotive experience.
• Proaxia VSS and SRS experience, and experience in automotive retail dealership environments are highly desirable.

• SAP IS-Auto, SAP DBM and Proaxia VSS.
• Hands-on debugging, ABAP analysis and collaboration with ABAP developers.
• Enhancements, user exits, BAdIs, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, IDocs, APIs and web services.
• SQL queries, data migration, data validation and interface monitoring.
• Preferred: SAP S/4HANA Automotive, SD, MM, FI/CO, FSCM, Business Partner, CRM/CX, Vehicle Health Check, Workshop Monitoring and Service Advisor solutions.
