SAP C4C Consultant

About the role

techcarrot FZ LLC is looking for an SAP C4C Consultant in Dubai. The consultant gathers business requirements and turns them into functional designs and technical specifications, then configures C4C, builds custom solutions and supports integrations with SAP S/4HANA.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into C4C functional designs and technical specifications.
• Configure C4C functional areas: business roles and access restrictions, org structure, workflows, approval processes, surveys and KPI/reporting.
• Develop custom solutions with SAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK/PDI): custom business objects, extension fields, embedded components, BO actions/validations, mass data runs and web services.
• Build validations and business logic (e.g. duplicate checks, mandatory-field and save-time validations) using ABSL scripting and events.
• Design and support C4C-S/4HANA integrations via SAP Integration Suite (CPI), including OData APIs, ID mapping and master data replication, and troubleshoot replication and synchronization issues.
• Support data migration: templates, data loads, validation and post-migration reconciliation.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, run unit and integration tests, support UAT and cutover, and provide post-go-live support including incident analysis and corrective fixes.
• Collaborate with integration, basis and frontend teams on cross-system changes.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP C4C experience covering both SDK development and functional configuration.
• Solid functional knowledge of C4C Sales (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, activities, visits) and/or Service (tickets, SLAs, categorization).
• Experience with C4C master data: business partners, employees, org management and ID mapping with ERP/S/4HANA.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Required skills

• SAP Cloud Applications Studio (PDI), ABSL, BODL, custom business objects, OData service creation and lifecycle management (patch/assemble/deploy)
• SAP CPI / Integration Suite and OData/SOAP APIs
• Resolving replication and synchronization defects between C4C and SAP ERP or S/4HANA
• Nice to have: SAP Sales/Service Cloud V2 or migration from C4C to V2, C4C or SAP Cloud Applications Studio certification, industry-specific sales process experience
