SAP Functional Consultant – Case Management Specialist

About the role

The SAP Case Management Functional Consultant will lead the implementation, configuration, testing, training and post‑go‑live support of SAP Case Management and related solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust SAP functional designs.

Key responsibilities

• Implement SAP Case Management and NetWeaver Folder Management across implementation, enhancement and support phases.
• Gather, analyse and validate business requirements with stakeholders and project teams.
• Prepare and review business process documentation, blueprints and solution design artefacts.
• Configure SAP solutions according to approved designs and execute unit, system, integration and user‑acceptance testing.
• Identify customisation needs and coordinate with ABAP developers.
• Support workflow, forms, Fiori, integration and API functional requirements.
• Create functional specifications, test scripts, issue logs and training materials.
• Deliver key‑user training, produce manuals and handover documentation.
• Monitor scope, deliverables and timelines; provide post‑go‑live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of SAP consulting experience.
• At least 5 full‑lifecycle SAP implementation projects as a functional consultant.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Case Management or SAP Record Management.
• Preferred experience in government/public‑sector processes and SAP touchpoints such as SD, Billing, FICO, Workflow and SAP BTP.
