SAP HANA Solution Architect (FICO) – Real Estate & Integration

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP HANA Solution Architect with deep FICO knowledge and a strong background in real‑estate processes. The role will drive the design, development and delivery of end‑to‑end SAP solutions for property development, leasing, finance and operations in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from real‑estate stakeholders and create scalable SAP architectures aligned with UAE compliance, multi‑currency and multi‑entity needs.
• Design and document blueprints, high‑level designs and technical specifications for new developments, enhancements or migrations to S/4HANA.
• Lead custom development efforts, including ABAP, Fiori, SAP BTP extensions and integrations with third‑party real‑estate tools.
• Provide ongoing managed services, incident management, performance tuning and support for upgrades, patches and cloud migrations (e.g., RISE with SAP).
• Collaborate with clients, developers and partners to run workshops, plan data migrations, define testing strategies and ensure quality assurance.
• Act as SME for SAP in real‑estate contexts, guiding AI‑driven analytics, cloud adoption and ESG reporting while ensuring best‑practice integration (A2A, APIs).

Required profile

• Several years of SAP experience with proven success as a Solution Architect on large‑scale implementations.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA (RE‑FX, FI/CO, PS, MM) and real‑estate industry processes.
• Experience in application development (ABAP, Fiori, BTP) and managed services environments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC real‑estate regulations, lease compliance and VAT.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – S/4HANA) are a plus.
