SAP HANA Solutions Architect – FICO (Real Estate)

About the role

We are looking for a senior SAP HANA Solutions Architect with strong FICO expertise to design and deliver end‑to‑end SAP solutions for a large real‑estate portfolio in Dubai. The role combines solution architecture, development leadership and managed‑services responsibilities, ensuring alignment with UAE‑specific compliance and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from real‑estate stakeholders and translate them into scalable SAP architectures.
• Create high‑level designs, blueprints and technical specifications for new developments, enhancements or migrations to S/4HANA.
• Lead custom development efforts, including ABAP, Fiori apps, SAP BTP extensions and integrations with third‑party real‑estate tools.
• Provide ongoing application‑managed services, incident management, performance tuning and proactive optimisations.
• Manage upgrades, patches, cloud migrations (e.g., RISE with SAP) and post‑go‑live stabilisation.
• Collaborate with clients, developers and partners to run workshops, plan data migrations and ensure quality assurance.
• Act as SME for SAP in real‑estate contexts, guiding AI‑driven analytics, cloud adoption and ESG reporting initiatives.

Required profile

• 15+ years of overall SAP experience with at least 5 years in solution/technical architecture.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, especially RE‑FX, FI/CO, PS and MM modules.
• Extensive knowledge of UAE/GCC real‑estate processes, multi‑currency and multi‑entity setups.
• Proven experience leading development teams and delivering managed‑services contracts.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, able to handle risks, dependencies and regulatory compliance.
