School Nurse (DOH Licensed)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified School Nurse to run the on‑site clinic, provide first‑aid care, and ensure the health of our students complies with Abu Dhabi Department of Health (DOH) regulations. The role involves daily interaction with students, staff, and parents to manage health concerns and maintain a safe learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑aid treatment and respond to urgent or emergency medical situations on campus.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for students with chronic conditions.
• Oversee vaccination programs and health screenings in line with DOH guidelines.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical records for students and staff.
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers and parents as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience within the UAE, preferably in school or pediatric settings.
• Active DOH (Abu Dhabi) Registered Nurse license.
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Current Infection Control Certificate.
