About the role
Konnekts LLC is seeking an experienced School Principal to lead an American‑curriculum school in Fujairah, UAE. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of school operations, ensuring high‑quality education and a safe, supportive environment for students and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Organise the school’s daily operations and long‑term strategic planning.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the instructional program.
- Assign duties, supervise, and mentor teaching and support staff.
- Manage the school facility, including maintenance, safety, and resource allocation.
Required profile
- Native English speaker.
- Minimum three years of experience in a school leadership role.
