SCM Sourcing & Project Manager – MEA Region

About the role

This regional position leads Pizza Hut's supply chain strategy across the Middle East and Africa, supporting more than 850 restaurants in over 27 markets. The manager will partner with suppliers, franchisees and internal teams to create resilient, cost‑effective sourcing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term category strategies that improve franchisee economics and supply chain resilience.
• Identify value‑creation opportunities through strategic sourcing, supplier optimization and cost management.
• Build category management capabilities, including cost modeling, commodity intelligence and technology enablement.
• Drive process efficiency, digitization and continuous improvement across the supply network.
• Create data‑driven business cases to enhance operational efficiency and system value.
• Champion advanced analytics and automation to support decision‑making.
• Mitigate geopolitical, inflationary, commodity and logistics risks.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure business continuity.
• Lead commercialization of new and promotional products, ensuring supply readiness.

Required profile

• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of experience in supply chain sourcing, procurement or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage large‑scale supplier ecosystems.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in building business cases and cost models.
