Seasonal Photographer & Videographer for Hospitality Venues

About the role

Addmind Hospitality is seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Photographer and Videographer to join its Dubai team on a seasonal basis. You will capture high‑energy visual content across the company’s venues, events and brand campaigns, helping showcase nightlife and lifestyle experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot photo and video content at venues, events, performances and F&B offerings, often in low‑light, fast‑paced environments.
• Produce marketing, social media, press and internal assets, including same‑day event highlights.
• Edit and colour‑grade photos and videos to match brand guidelines, delivering publish‑ready files quickly.
• Plan shoot schedules, scout locations, create shot lists and coordinate with venue, marketing and talent teams.
• Maintain camera, lighting and audio equipment, archive raw and edited files, and ensure proper backup.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals and provide regular progress updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Film, Media Production or equivalent practical experience.
• 3‑5 years of professional photography/videography experience, preferably in hospitality, nightlife, F&B or entertainment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating event, venue and lifestyle visual work.
