About the role
Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specialising in residential and commercial properties across the secondary and off-plan markets. It is looking for experienced Secondary Market Property Advisors who can build client relationships, identify suitable resale opportunities and deliver results in Dubai's competitive property market.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's secondary property market
- Experience in resale transactions, property listings and client negotiations
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Arabic language proficiency
- Valid UAE driving licence
Required skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
