Secondary Property Consultant (Commission-Based) – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Secondary Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. This commission‑based position focuses on buying, selling and leasing secondary‑market residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals and marketing campaigns.
• List, market and sell resale residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to buyers and sellers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners and investors.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure successful transactions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Dubai real‑estate market trends, pricing and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions in the CRM.
• Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and brokerage policies.

Required profile

• 0‑1 year of experience in the Dubai secondary real‑estate market.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and property pricing trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven mindset.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred; RERA certification is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
