About the role

Land Sterling, a boutique brokerage with over 17 years in the Dubai market, is growing and is looking for ambitious, driven people who want to build a long-term career in real estate. The role suits both experienced brokers ready for a fresh start and motivated newcomers entering Dubai real estate.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
• Conduct property market appraisals
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Stay up to date with market insights and trends
• Build trust through regular communication and transparent client relationships

Required profile

• A strong background in sales or client-facing roles (real estate, car sales, recruitment) or a high-end service industry such as cabin crew or luxury retail
• Genuine passion for real estate and ambition to grow your knowledge
• Fluent in English
• Valid driving licence
