Secretary – Administrative Support

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Secretary to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth communication between management and various departments while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle clerical, telephone, and administrative duties for the executive office.
- Prepare and process sales quotations and coordinate with the sales team.
- Act as a liaison between management and other departments, supporting inter‑departmental projects.
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to sales and keep records up to date.
Required profile
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative support.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, stay detail‑oriented, and handle confidential information.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
