Sector Sales Specialist – Data Centers (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking a Sector Sales Specialist for Data Centers to join Aggreko in Sharjah, UAE. In this role you will drive revenue growth by consulting with data‑center customers and delivering complex technical solutions that meet their reliability, efficiency and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and anticipate data‑center infrastructure needs years ahead and position Aggreko solutions within strategic expansion plans.
• Conduct deep technical discovery, develop tailored proposals and manage multi‑level stakeholder relationships over sales cycles of 6‑36 months.
• Lead complex bids, negotiate contracts and close high‑value projects while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts.
• Prepare compelling business cases and ROI analyses to demonstrate operational and financial benefits.
• Coordinate solutions across international locations, ensuring compliance with diverse regulatory and operational requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in B2B technical solution sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Track record of managing extended sales cycles with multiple decision‑makers, including C‑suite and technical stakeholders.
• Background in data‑center, critical infrastructure or IT services environments.
• Strong ability to align technical solutions with customers’ long‑term strategic roadmaps.
