Security Assurance Lead Inspector – Emiratisation

About the role

Join the Emirates Group Security team as a Security Assurance Lead Inspector – Emiratisation. You will support the implementation of a comprehensive AVSEC compliance and assurance framework, ensuring that audits, inspections and tests are carried out to the highest standards across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute audits, inspections and tests in line with the audit calendar and regulatory requirements.
• Prioritise high‑risk stations and new start‑up airports, focusing on locations with historically elevated findings.
• Support the Manager‑AVSEC Compliance & Assurance with industry and government audits (IOSA, ISAGO, GCAA, etc.).
• Ensure all auditors/inspectors maintain current training and qualifications.
• Assist in developing and maintaining the total Compliance & Assurance management framework, including processes, systems and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in aviation security or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of AVSEC regulations, audit standards and quality control procedures.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate reports.
