Security Controller – Dubai Hub (Emiratisation)

About the role

Join the Emirates Group Security team as a Security Controller for the Dubai Hub, focusing on Emiratisation. You will oversee cargo, aircraft, and airport security operations, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with security procedures for cargo and investigate any violations.
• Implement and monitor aircraft security measures, including pre‑departure and post‑arrival checks.
• Organise and enhance security at airport facilities such as gates and entrances.
• Train staff on Standard Operating Procedures and propose improvements.
• Manage strategic workforce planning and oversee team development through training and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Completed degree or honours (12+3 or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in aviation or security operations.
• Professional qualification in Aviation Security (AVSEC) or equivalent.
• Experience in cargo security and loss prevention.
• Effective planning skills and knowledge of Total Quality Management.
