Security Engineer - Netskope & SASE

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled L3 Information Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our enterprise security infrastructure, driving our Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) strategy using Netskope. You will also lead a technical team responsible for endpoint, email, and vulnerability management platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and continuously optimise Netskope components (CASB, SWG, ZTNA) and manage DLP and threat‑protection policies.
• Provide L3 escalation support for complex SASE issues and act as the primary technical point of contact.
• Lead and mentor a team of security engineers handling endpoint protection (Trend Micro DSM, Symantec, CrowdStrike), vulnerability management (Qualys) and email security (Proofpoint).
• Support firewall assurance activities, network security auditing and policy optimisation using AlgoSec.
• Assist in multi‑cloud security posture management and compliance monitoring with Palo Alto Prisma Cloud.

Required profile

• 7–9 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, including 2–3 years in an L3 or team‑lead role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities to translate technical risks for business stakeholders.

Required skills

• Netskope (CASB, SWG, ZTNA) implementation and policy management.
• Endpoint protection tools: Trend Micro Deep Security Manager, Symantec Endpoint Security, CrowdStrike Falcon.
• Vulnerability management with Qualys VMDR.
• Email security using Proofpoint Enterprise.
• Network security auditing with AlgoSec.
• Cloud security posture management with Palo Alto Prisma Cloud.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, SSL/TLS decryption and API integrations.
