Security Supervisor – Hospitality

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Security Supervisor you will protect guests and staff while delivering memorable experiences in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols of interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks.
• Support emergency responses by coordinating actions for fires, medical emergencies and security threats.
• Supervise, train and schedule Security Guards/Officers, providing guidance to ensure high performance.
• Investigate incidents, gather information, document findings and ensure accurate reporting.
• Promote workplace safety by encouraging adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
• Provide security backup by stepping in to fulfill security officer duties when required.
