Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor will ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, colleagues and visitors at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort. Reporting to the Security Manager, you will lead a team of Security Officers and coordinate with local authorities to protect the property and its occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of hotel security procedures and maintain safe premises.
• Supervise Security Officers, conduct daily briefings and ensure proper deployment and equipment.
• Monitor car‑park security, master‑key control and overall access management.
• Review VIP arrivals and daily operations to guarantee appropriate security coverage.
• Investigate incidents and emergencies, handling them confidentially and professionally.
• Coordinate the Security Fire Fighting Team during emergencies.
• Conduct regular security training and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with local security authorities and keep senior management informed of relevant matters.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel security, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and incident‑management abilities.
• Good knowledge of local security procedures and authorities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Professional, proactive and guest‑focused approach.
