Senior Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Account Manager will lead and direct sales activities for Honeywell’s existing channel partners and direct key accounts/EPCs in the UAE. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the role is based in Abu Dhabi and serves as the primary customer interface, driving new business and growth for Honeywell Technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives with channel partners and direct accounts, ensuring targets are met.
• Develop new business opportunities and nurture relationships with EPCs and key customers.
• Communicate Honeywell’s value proposition, initiatives and product information to assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to support strategic planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management within industrial or automation sectors.
• Strong understanding of channel partner and EPC dynamics.
• Ability to work independently while reporting to regional leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
