Senior Accountant – Full‑Cycle Finance & HR Ops

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to lead our finance function while supporting HR and logistics operations. Based in Dubai, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and smooth cross‑border processes for a fast‑growing medical aesthetics distribution business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle accounting, bank reconciliations and cash‑flow monitoring.
• Handle UAE VAT and corporate tax filings with zero‑penalty compliance.
• Reconcile inventory and coordinate import/export logistics.
• Prepare freight‑forwarding and shipping documentation across the distribution network.
• Oversee HR administration including contracts, visas, PRO coordination and monthly payroll.
• Negotiate and renew vendor contracts, manage vendor relationships.
• Produce MIS reports, support budgeting and ensure audit readiness.

Required profile

• Solid UAE accounting experience, especially VAT and corporate tax.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats across finance, HR operations and logistics.
• Results‑driven mindset with KPIs such as 100% accuracy, 5‑day month‑end close and zero‑variance stock counts.
• Desire for ownership rather than checklist tasks.
