Senior Accountant

About the role

Venti Marble is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Dubai team. This full‑time, on‑site position will manage daily accounting operations and support strategic financial decisions for a high‑end marble design and manufacturing business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger, process accounts payable and receivable, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Execute month‑end and year‑end closing activities, preparing accurate financial statements.
• Produce management reports, forecasts, and budget variance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor project budgets, conduct cost analysis, and provide financial insights to operations and management.
• Coordinate with external auditors, strengthen internal controls, and mentor junior accounting staff.

Required profile

• Strong core accounting skills covering ledger management, AP/AR, and bank reconciliation.
• Experience preparing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of UAE tax and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.
• Several years in a senior accounting role, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or high‑end design sectors.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai, meet deadlines, and uphold high ethical standards.
